As long as this asymmetry is not due to an injury or condition, we continue to exercise both sides, perhaps with a little more attention to our weaker side. We recommend a stable and preferably non-slip mat to ensure precision and stability in various positions. As for small equipment, resistance bands, dumbbells, a Pilates ring, a Swiss ball, yoga blocks, a yoga strap, etc., are welcome but not necessary from the beginning.
