Her first influences came through activities such as dance and tennis, before track and field, particularly sprint events, became her main form of expression, cultivating discipline, consistency, and strong movement awareness.<\/p><p style=\"text-align: justify;\">She is a graduate of the Department of Physical Education and Sport Science, with a specialization in track and field athletics and strength training with free weights. At the same time, she is continuing her academic development through postgraduate studies focused on the functional management of injuries in athletes and exercisers, with an emphasis on safe return to exercise and improving movement quality.<\/p><p style=\"text-align: justify;\">Today, although she no longer competes at an athletic level, exercise remains an essential part of her daily life. Running, strength training, and the Pilates method are key practices through which she maintains her connection with the body while exploring different ways of movement and physical development. Her athletic background, combined with her scientific education, shapes an approach that prioritizes functionality, safety, and long-term body care.<\/p><p style=\"text-align: justify;\">In her classes, she emphasizes proper guidance, a positive exercise experience, and the sense of release that follows each session. Her goal is for practitioners to move more comfortably in their daily lives, step away from everyday stress, and leave each class feeling energized and motivated to return.<\/p>\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t<\/section>\n\t\t\t\t<section class=\"elementor-section elementor-top-section
