At 2190 Pilates Studio, you have the option to choose between small group sessions of 4 and 8 people and personal 1-1 training. Various exercises are implemented using body weight, small equipment, and Pilates machines from Balanced Body®, the leading Pilates equipment manufacturer in the world.

The sessions are designed so that every participant, regardless of their level, can safely follow, overcome their weaknesses, and ultimately perform to the best of their abilities.
