Pilates Equipment
Utilizing the machines that J.H. Pilates himself invented and designed, at 2190 Pilates Studio you can move and exercise in small groups of 2-4 people, both gently and therapeutically as well as extremely dynamically.
The difficulty level of each exercise varies and is adjusted according to the needs of each participant, using the appropriate equipment and applying the corresponding resistance.

Reformer
This is the most popular piece of equipment in Pilates, which truly transforms us. A moving platform, multiple tension springs, a bar, and two straps are enough to challenge the most advanced practitioner and support the absolute beginner simultaneously.

Spine Corrector / Arc
If you spend several hours of your day in a seated position, the PilatesArc is exactly what you need. Its unique shape helps develop strength and flexibility in the spine in flexion, extension, lateral flexion positions, and ultimately restores the natural curvature of the body. It is often used by practitioners with scoliosis or other spinal imbalances to improve the proper "engagement" of the spine in every movement.

Wunda / Exo Chair
A Pilates apparatus that resembles a chair. A seating position, a foot pedal to which springs are attached, and handles for the hands are enough for a unique and enjoyable practice for the whole body. Focusing on strength and conditioning the upper and lower body makes the chair an excellent training tool, suitable for both advanced practitioners and beginners. As with all machines, the difficulty of the exercise depends on the application of the corresponding resistance.
