The use of the aerial apparatus allows us to move against gravity or even exploit it, thus exploring different movements and poses at all levels within the space. Practice can be demanding and dynamic but also highly therapeutic and relaxing, and this is exactly what makes it suitable for every practitioner, regardless of experience, age, or physical build.
The aerial department in our facility is an excellent choice for both adults and teenagers aged 9-13. Regardless of age, participation in these classes brings a plethora of benefits:
