At 2190 Pilates Studio, we recognize the uniqueness of each individual, which is why we offer personalized training with a personal instructor, 1 participant – 1 trainer.
Initially, an analysis of the posture of each participant’s body is conducted, recording weaknesses, strengths, and desires. Based on these observations, the exercise regimen to be followed is designed and adjusted, sometimes using body weight and other times utilizing Pilates machines such as the Reformer, Cadillac, Ladder Barrel, Chair, Spine Corrector, Springboard, sometimes gently and therapeutically, and other times more dynamically.
Individual sessions are ideal for those who require special attention, for participants with injuries, individuals with limited free time, or those aiming to acquire a specific skill.
