Nikoleta Karatzoglou
Nikoleta Karatzoglou began her journey into the world of movement at a very young age. Growing up surrounded by music, classical ballet, and contemporary dance, she learned to express herself through the body and transform emotion into movement. Her involvement in dance, improvisation, physical expression, as well as various athletic activities, gave her an early and deeper understanding of how the body functions and what it truly needs.
Pilates later emerged as a natural continuation of this path and became a constant point of reference for her. Through the method, she discovered a more holistic approach to movement, where the body is viewed as a system of balance, strength, and awareness.
She graduated from the Department of Balkan, Slavic and Oriental Studies at the University of Macedonia and later became a certified Pilates instructor, confirming that the field of movement and physical empowerment is the professional path she wishes to follow.
She believes that body awareness can serve as a powerful tool for building confidence, autonomy, and personal growth. In her teaching, she places special emphasis on the connection between body and mind, creating an environment where exercise becomes a means of empowerment and self-care, helping each practitioner discover their own strength, balance, and well-being.
