Natalia Apostolidou
Natalia became involved in sports and rhythmic gymnastics from an early age, an experience that shaped her relationship with movement and physical expression. At the age of 18, she discovered yoga, which gradually became an essential part of her daily life and a practice of personal balance and self-care.
She is a certified yoga teacher, and her practice draws inspiration from Ashtanga and Vinyasa yoga, combining dynamic flow, breath awareness, and mindful presence. At the same time, she studies Psychology at the Aristotle University of Thessaloniki, enriching her teaching with a deeper understanding of the connection between body and mind.
Today, she approaches yoga as a space for exploration and care, where the practice adapts to the needs of each individual. In her classes, she creates a safe and supportive environment where alignment meets the flow of breath, and strength is balanced with calmness.
Her intention is for yoga to function as a means of connection with oneself rather than a process of comparison, allowing every body to evolve at its own pace through awareness, trust, and a sense of freedom.
