Anastasia Tsoupa

Anastasia Tsoupa, a graduate in Physiotherapy from Queen Margaret University, has been specializing in techniques for releasing tension in the human body’s peritoneum since 2018. She utilizes the IASTM technique based on Ergon and Trigger points therapy based on Wilson and Neil – Asher methods. In 2021, seeking to combine her experience in physiotherapy with her passion for exercise, she completed the teaching cycle of Pilates Mat and Props, as well as Pilates Equipment (reformer, chair, ladder barrel, cadillac) at Studio One school. Since 2022, she has been certified in therapeutic exercise and the treatment of idiopathic scoliosis and Scheuermann’s kyphosis by the BSPTS (Barcelona Scoliosis Physical Therapy School).
With her expertise in addressing musculoskeletal disorders, especially scoliosis and spinal column issues in both children and adults, Anastasia aims to improve the physical condition and functionality of her clients’ bodies, minimizing the pain and limitations they may face. Her approach is based on personalized care and support.
