Katherine Margariti

Katerina Margariti was introduced to the world of movement through classical dance at the age of five. Growing up within the discipline and artistic expression of dance, she developed a deep connection with the body and movement, later participating in dance competitions in Greece and abroad, earning important distinctions in contemporary and Latin dance, most recently achieving 1st place in the Greek Ranking Contemporary 2025.

Alongside her dance journey, she focused on strengthening her body through bodyweight training and small equipment practices, cultivating functionality, control, and strong movement awareness. Her desire for a deeper understanding of movement led her to study Sports Science and Sports Rehabilitation at IEK DELTA 360, specializing in fitness.

Through this path, she was introduced to Pilates, discovering a method that combines balance, control, and harmony of movement while promoting targeted physical strengthening. In her teaching, she “choreographs” her sessions, creating rhythm, flow, and precision, aiming for each practitioner to experience exercise as a complete and meaningful movement practice.

For Katerina, Pilates is a form of art, a way of expression that unites the body, control, and mindful movement.
